TO CREATE A MENU

Add Nav block
With NAV selected

Look in the right side column
The TINY word “Menu”
THAT is where the 3 dots are

Click on THOSE 3 dots

Scroll way down until you see “Create New Menu”

If you make it a pattern,do not sync
TO INSERT A MENU ONTO A PAGE OR POST:
Add + GROUP
Add + My Patterns: choose menu
Drag all the menu elements up INTO the Group block
